Welcome to my site! My interest in astronomy began 25 years ago hosting stargazing events, teaching young people about the night sky, and how to use telescopes. For most of that time I was enjoying visual astronomy only. In 2015 I started the journey into astrophotography (AP). As experienced astrophotographers will attest - AP is significantly different and more challenging than visual astronomy. It has been very challenging to learn - but also very rewarding.

This site is a work in progress and will continue to grow as more images are accumulated. I hope that you will come back to see new images as they are added, blog updates about my learning process, and what’s going on at the observatory.
